Chef Dale Williams joins Chrane with over 35 years of experience working in commercial kitchens and restaurant/chain management. From recipe development to team operations, Chef Dale is a go-to culinary resource for multi-unit chains. When he's not cooking, Chef Dale is golfing, watching the Arsenal play soccer, traveling, and playing pool. If Chef Dale was what he eats, he says he'd be, "a big, fat burger!" Pair that with an Old Fashioned, and it's over... Chef Dale says he came to Chrane for the people and the culture, but stayed for the vision/trajectory of the company and Chrane's passion for success. While he advises to "not listen to anything he's saying," his Chraniacs would disagree. We're lucky to have Chef Dale on the team!
