Mr. Restaino brings a great deal of foodservice knowledge to Chrane. Ian has worked in the industry in one facet or another since he was just 13 years old. He went on to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park New York, and has studied all over since. He currently resides in New Braunfels, TX with his wife Deborah and their two teenage girls, Madeleine and Ava. In addition to his love for food and wine, Ian loves reading, traveling, playing golf, and when time allows, fishing and hunting.
