about joe

Joe will serve as the CJR Field Superintendent and Project Manager. Joe has been in service for as long as he can remember… A former soldier, pastry chef, teacher, project manager, and general contractor, his depth of experience and passion for business growth and efficiency aligns with CJR’s company values. When Joe isn’t working, you can catch him cycling, weightlifting, and then eating/drinking all the calories he lost while working out. Another fun fact about Joe “The Baker” Baker is that he has been on 4 nationally televised competitive cooking shows! We are so excited to have Joe on board Complete Jobsite Resources, a Chrane Company.

Entrepreneurial History: Joe founded and managed his own bakery, "Joe The Baker", for eight years.
